Sheep Shearing at Feederbrook Farm

I spent a wonderful few hours yesterday visiting Feederbrook Farm  http://www.feederbrook.com/.  For Christmas, my son, Jesse, bought me a spinning CSA share from Feederbrook, so I went there to watch the shearing.  The shearing was done by Emily of Chamelin Shearing http://chamelinshearing.com/home  She expertly sheared 17 sheep in three hours.  I helped skirt the fleeces from the beautiful sheep raised on the farm.  Before I left, I picked out my roving from last year's shearing and a beautiful wine glass decorated with sheep.
